XL Rubber Floor Cleaner/Maintainer

APPLICATION

Routine Maintenance:

Use XL Rubber Floor Cleaner/Maintainer for routine mopping or auto scrubbing on soiled areas as needed.

Restorative Cleaning:

XL Rubber Floor Cleaner may be used for very aggressive cleaning.

1. Apply liberal amount of diluted solution to soiled area.
2. Allow to dwell.
3. Agitate solution with rotary floor machine or automatic scrubber.
4. Remove slurry with extraction machine or wet vacuum.
5. Rinse the floor thoroughly with fresh water.

Mixing Directions

Routine Maintenance:

Use 2 to 4 ounces per gallon of cold water.

Restorative Cleaning:

Use 4 to 6 ounces per gallon of cold water.

NOTE: Normal application of cleaning solution is approximately 250-350 sf per gal. For conditioning crumb rubber application up to 700sf per gallon.
