XL Liquid Grab
XL Liquid Grab is a unique low-moisture carpet extraction that dries into crystallized particles that encapsulate soil. After drying, the crystals are removed by vacuuming. The carpet is cleaned without over-wetting and surfactant buildup, thus discouraging re-soiling.

Before Use: Always test a hidden section of the carpet for color fastness.
Vacuum area to be treated first to remove any loose soil.
For Spots and Stains on Carpets and Rugs:
- Mix 10 ounces of Liquid Grab concentrate with 1 gallon of water in a clean, standard pump sprayer
- Apply diluted chemistry to the carpet with the spray nozzle 12 to 18 inches from the carpet (wet area but do not saturate)
- Agitate Liquid Grab into the carpet or rug using an XLerator or counter rotating brush machine
- Allow to dry
- Vacuum area with an upright dual motor vacuum to remove encapsulated soil.
Note: 1 gallon of diluted formula should cover approximately 800-1000 square feet (vary according to pile thickness and degree of soiling)
