XL GC Grout Cleaner

Where To Use

XL GC is perfect for sanded grout joints on porcelains, ceramic, quarry and non-calcium based stones.

How To Use

Prior to application of XL GC, all oils, greases and soils should be removed (this can be accomplished using XL TC Tile Cleaner.)

• Make sure to test in an inconspicuous area to ensure that the grout is suitable to be cleaned.
• For normal use, dilute at a 1:5 ratio with fresh, clean water.
• If needed, up to a 1:1 ratio may be used. (Warning, use at this ratio can soften or completely remove grout, only experienced professionals should do this.)
• Apply evenly across the grout with either a pump sprayer or mop.
• A brush may be used to agitate, if needed.
• For best results, use a portable extractor with a hard surface wand to remove the solution from the floor.
• In order to neutralize the pH of the grout, use XL TC Tile Cleaner at a 1:32 ratio, allow to dwell and then rinse completely.
