Bill Luallen Announced As IICRC Honorary Board Member

We are so pleased to announce that XL North Technical Director Bill Luallen has been elected as an Honorary Board Member for The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. Although this is a new role for Bill with the IICRC, he’s held other posts within the organization. He previously served as Vice Chair of the RFMT (Resilient Floor Maintenance Technician) Committee and currently is TAC Chair of the Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician (CCMT) Committee.

“I am grateful to the IICRC Board of Directors for selecting me as an Honorary Director,” said Bill. “I look forward to supporting the Institute and its mission, especially as it relates to flooring, in this new role.”
